At Masterpiece our employees have a minimum of 5 years experience. All of our employees go through a 2 year rigourous apprenticeship process. These employees are taught time tested installation and finishing techniques learned from decades of experience passed on by Michael Brett and Leo. Only after the employee has shown mastery of their skills are they able to work independently for Masterpiece. All of our employees go through a rigorous background check. These measures insure the good name Masterpiece Wood Floor, Inc. is upheld.
At Masterpiece, we provide value. When we estimate a job our price is right in the middle. Our motto is "exceptional work at a fair price." We combine a mid level price with above average workmanship. This philosophy has served us well. We will never be the lowest price. However, you should ask the question, do I want the largest piece of finish work in my home or office done by the lowest bidder? A vast majority of our business is done by "word of mouth."
