Sanding and Finishing
Real Estate studies indicate hardwood floors increase the value of any residential or commercial space. We utilize the latest techiques when sanding and finishing a wood floor. All of our sanding machines are belt sanders made by Hummel. This means the finished product will be free from chatter marks. Chatter marks are tight evenly spaced high and low spots left in the floor. Older drum sanding machines leave these unsightly marks. The Hummel belt machines cut the floor flat and smooth. We can re-sand almost any wood floor. Just give Masterpiece a call and an experienced estimator will evaluate your finishing needs.
